Internet & Student

Student can use internet as a tool for learning. Due to the presence of internet, students and teachers are being able to connect through various online platforms like Google meet, Facebook and other sites. But online classes are not possible without supportive and stable technology. They need stable internet connection. People residing in developed areas are more in touch with Internet rather than people of remote areas due to which only the students living in developed so called city areas are only being able to take online classes. So, internet is not fully sufficient to run a class effectively in rural areas. Specially, private institutions have the access of online classes. Government colleges don’t have the infrastructure so called Internet to run online classes. Governmental institutions are lacking online classes because of ignorance of the government in ICT sector for their institute. Private institution somehow are creating such facilities.

To solve the problem of internet in Nepal, the government should provide the enough budget for the development of information and technology in local area as the people of village area are unaware about it. The government of Nepal should establish nationwide fiber network. Government should make internet access as fundamental right for every citizen. Improving and implementing tech-related subjects should be done by government as soon as possible. So, Government of Nepal should provide full facility to those students who can work for the betterment of information and technology. The skilled manpower should get the right opportunities to express themselves in the field of information and technology.
